We love doing these type of jobs as our skillsets are brilliant to turn these around very quick and with having everything required under one roof there is no need to be waiting on other trades to get into the property. This project was a great project to complete and with the client living down south, he had to believe and trust our business to deliver the quality of work they required. We had a site meeting before we started so the client could inform us of his vision and what his budget was and then we was off, to start with we had to complete a 2 day environmental deep clean and sweep as there was a lot of drug mess and we collected over 500 used needles throughout the property. We kept in touch via facetime with the client to show a weekly update and the progress that we had made to start to bring the property back to life. It took us from start to finish 7 weeks to complete all the work required and 12 8yrd skips later. We arranged and had a final meeting with the clients who where absolutely speechless and could not believe the quality of the finish and the materials that where used with such a tight budget and we was even able to get £500 under the initial budget which was welcomed from the client and just showed the trust and commitment from us to ensure the client was happy. take a look at the photo`s to see the total transformation.
