We where contacted to repair the factory guttering as the factory guttering was leaking through in various locations due to the guttering having various corroded holes, We had to ensure we used all the correct safety equipment to access the roof areas, using the rope and harness methods and being clipped on to the roof rail runners to ensure we where kept safe in the unlikely event that we had a slip or fall. We had to ensure that the gutters where all cleaned out of all birds nests, silt and various debris and then the debris was fully removed before we could start to repair the holes, We then had to apply the 2 coats of the special fibre coating to ensure the galvanised steel guttering was all coated and sealed correctly to carry the gallons of water. Using a pully system we had to haul the tubs of materials up to the roof and also haul the waste back down so the over all job was very hard work with each gutter stretching over 70 linear meters in length and there being a total of 4 gutters.
