In 2015 we decided to open up a maintenance business in where we could make a clients experience as pleasant as possible. Keeping everything under one roof can make your life as a client a lot easier and straight forward than calling in multiple businesses to complete your chosen jobs.

6+ years later and we are one of the north west leading companies with contracts expanding all over the north west covering from social housing to new build properties. At such a stressful time we can help in designing your chosen jobs, as well as bringing in fresh new ideas and keeping with current trends. Our focus here at Martlew’s is to simply make your experience with us one of the best you’ve had.

Over 30+ years experience in the building and maintenance business. All of our staff are multi-skilled operatives therefore we can cover most things on your property limiting the amount of messing about you usually have to go through. We have in house qualified plumbers, joiners and roofers, All our staff have in house various H&S training to keep us safe and your site’s safe. We are fully insured and also with having the following it’s all peace of mind. HMRC registered, SMAS, waste carriers licence, Trust Mark endorsed,NAPIT, professional cedral installers and much more.
