New Build Maintenance & Repairs

We’re proud to cover all sites across the northwest for Taylor Wimpey. We complete snagging repairs that fall within the 2 year defect period, and we aim to complete these within our first visit. We fully understand that as a customer you have probably had to book time of work to allow for access, so we understand how frustrating it can be to be let down or for a contractor unable to complete the work required within their first visit. That’s why we we will always go that extra mile to do our best to complete the work on our first visit.
